SQI Board member,

I have just become aware that should SQI declare bankruptcy, its agreements with University Health Network (UNH) to license the group’s intellectual property could become null and void.

What is most significant about this revelation is that it would be against Pivot’s best interest to foreclose, or for SQI Diagnostics to voluntarily file for bankruptcy.

The bankruptcy filing for SQI must be stopped. I am also aware that all of the members of the Board of Directors of SQI Diagnostics were aware of this risk.

This is yet another reason why the Board of Directors, in voting to put SQI into bankruptcy, has failed in its fiduciary obligation to protect the company and its common shareholders.
